Hi! I've been so busy lately with sewing up custom orders I haven't had much time to update the blog. I wanted to post some pictures of my latest creatures so you can see what I've been up to :)

These guys are a completely new RAWR design! Meet the Penguins! I'm really happy with how these two turned out.
These guys are a custom order that will be an anniversary present :) But I will definitely be selling some penguins in the shop soon!

Next up is a little purple themed heart monster. I recently ordered a few crochet appliqu├ęs from an Etsy shop and I'm so happy with them, I love how they look on my creatures!
Ruby Rawrs wanted to pose too.

And last but not least...Love EEPs. This little couple has a custom handmade bow and arrow.
That's it for now! I have a huge pile of orders here I have started so I'll have lots of new updates soon.

Hope everyone had a nice Saint Patrick's Day :)

After 5 years or so of making these little sock creatures, I finally have my very own :) When I first starting sewing these guys, it was so hard to send them off to their new creature caretakers. It has started to get much easier now, but I've always kinda wanted one for myself.

This half finished creature was sitting on a shelf in my studio for months now. I just wasn't happy with how she was turning out and she ended up just being left and forgotten. Last night I thought I'd see what I could do, made some adjustments and decided she'd be staying with me. :) Pretty sure she'll be travelling around with me and posing for pictures on her various adventures!
I put out a post last night on my Facebook group looking for some help with naming her! I've narrowed it down to my top favourite 3 :) I thought I'd throw it out to everyone to help choose :)  Vote below for your fav!

Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! and yay time change! :)

I wanted to share one of my favourite cute but strange things I own and love. This is my first, hand painted 'Lunartik in a Cup of Tea'.

These fantastic vinyls are created by Matt JOnes, an artist / designer in Berlin, Germany. He describes Lunartik as "A little guy sitting happily in a cup of tea. In the UK, the Brits love their tea. My whole life has been fuelled by drinking vast quantizes of the stuff. I’ve always been fascinated by Tea. If there’s a problem in my life, it can normally be resolved by drinking a lovely cup of English Tea."

I love this bloody little zombie guy that lives in a teacup!... and there are so many more I definitely have to get my hands on.

I'm pretty excited for tomorrow, as it's suppose to reach 12 degrees and be sunny! Spring spring spring! Thanks for all the love on the Facebook page :)

I'm excited to say I have 2 RAWR Creatures up for adoption!
I managed to jump ahead on my custom orders yesterday so I thought I'd take today to finish up these little guys.

I have been selling my creations locally for awhile now with the intentions to start putting my Creatures on Etsy – so I'm really, really excited to finally be doing so! Baby steps right :)

If you're interested in adopting or wanting to see more pictures, please visit my Etsy shop.
Quick update on the 200 likes giveaway – we're currently at 182! So close to doing the draw :)

Hope everyone had a great weekend :)
