To bring you some extra holiday cheer, I'd like to introduce you to the Jingle Eeps <3

Each little Jingle eeP has their own special Santa hat and jingle bell to help ring in the new year. A few of the hats are posable to add some extra character.

Jingle eePs love hanging out on Christmas Tree branches, eating peppermint bark and sometimes have been caught eating gift bows! All of these little guys have been listed in my Etsy shop if you're interested in adoption :)
EEK! only a few more weeks until Christmas :) I've been sewing away on all the special Christmas requests. I'll be posting photos as they're completed :)

I've been excited to post photos of this creature for a couple of weeks now. She is finally complete and is heading off to her new home this week! A custom requested Snowy Owl for a super cool Harry Potter fan, meet Hedwig!

Have to say thanks to my Mom who did a fantastic job knitting up the little Hogwarts scarf :) It's perfect <3

I'm having a tough time wanting to send her to her new creature caretaker ;) but i know she'll be well taken care of ;)

Lots of custom orders being completed as fast as possible, and a few Christmas surprises to come soon! Such a busy time of year! Hope everyone has had a fantastic weekend. There's light flurries happening outside the window right now and I'm still uncertain how I feel about this ;)

I'd like you to meet this itty bitty Eep. I literally just finished this guy and had to take some shots right away.

My Mom is always on the look out for buttons too, and she found a pack of these fun sunglasses. Somehow, this little guy ended up in a bin of buttons and was hanging out with these sunglasses. He put them on and he is :)

Teehee, see he's just a little guy :) I will be listing him in my Etsy tomorrow evening. If you're interested in adopting, please feel free to send me a note. Happy Monday <3

Happy Sunday :) I want to introduce to you my latest project, Creatures for your Critters <3 For years now, I've always sewn up these strange little sock fishys for all of the different kitties in my life. They've always freak out for them and end up being a favourite. I try to make these with a heavier sock, and each one is super stuffed with kitty nips. There is no other type of stuffing inside, so no vet bills ;)

I've had a few requests now for kitty toys so I thought I'd put a few up in the shop.
Zeke officially approves each one after completion.

I've done some with fins, some without. Fins take a little longer so will have to cost slightly more. I'm going to be listing a few of these in my Etsy shop this week. If you have any questions or have a custom request please feel free to send me a message :)

My friend sent me this clip of his critter Zac with his Creature. <3

I'm so excited to finally share with you my RAWR Halloween Creatures! I have been working on this project over the last month, and had so much fun creating these guys. I have to admit, Halloween is one of my favourite times of the year so having an extra excuse to shop for itty bitty skulls and ghost buttons is totally ok with me.
The collection includes 4 Halloween Eeps, a Creature, and little handmade Trick-or-Treat Bags, stuffed with treats and handmade candy. <3

Meet a RAWR Halloween Bat! She comes with her little witch's hat so she's already dressed up for the big night.

Frankenstein! I thought these were the perfect buttons for his little neck bolts ;)

Candy colour inspired Owl with a little ghosty button friend.

my favourite, the RAWR Witch Doctor.

and A Pumpkin Creature

These guys are up on my Etsy if you're interested in adopting!

Also, coming soon! I will be listing some individual treat bags this week for any of the little Creatures out there looking to go out on Halloween. They come in Creature and Eep sizes.

Happy almost October! <3

Well this says it all:

Sharing a few favourite little things I've come across this week!
This is so adorable! I definitely, definitely need to make one of these some day :)

I'm so in love with this chair! I have a feeling this maybe a project for down the road. Perhaps, a reason to design some fabric and use Spoonflower?! ;)

Some super awesome Batman design! ;)

Love this! the Evolution of the Batman Logo. Think my fav's are all 3 down the left side. This would be an amazing poster!

And this is just too cute. Super fun idea!

Enjoy the weekend! I have a lot of RAWR All Hallows' Eve things planned and I hope to list a few little creatures in the Etsy shop. xox

Latest Projects

I've recently been in the middle of moving and setting up my new RAWR working space :) Things are back up and running in my new spot, and I'm sewing up a storm to catch up on orders and get out some exciting ideas I have been dying to get to!

I wanted to post a few pics of my most recent completed orders.

Meet the lucky little Irish Creature...

Meet Miss Ballerina Bunny! with her removable tutu <3

And Meet the Back To School Creature!

I have a lot of new projects ramping up here in the next few weeks. Back on track! and busy busy.

I will try to update the blog on a more frequent basis, but if you're craving more RAWR in the meantime, join the RAWR Facebook page. It's updated fairly regularly with little sneak peeks, photos and giveaways.

Happy almost fall!

Happy Monday!
Wanted to post a few pictures of my latest custom I just finished up last night. He is a little murder mystery creature....poor little dude ;)
I love anything creepy cute! so this little guy was a blast to create! He has a little metal ring on the end of his noose so he can be hung anywhere! I was thinking he may look kinda fun in the corner of a room from the ceiling ;)

Well that's it for now! Delivered some RAWRwolves this morning, and now onto a little ballerina bunny. :)

NEWS! – The RAWRwolf

I’m so excited to tell you about my latest project!
RAWR has recently partnered with Fierce Ink Press, a new publishing label dedicated to producing high quality books of young adult fiction and short non-fiction pieces by Atlantic Canadian authors.

As part of its innovative approach to publishing, Fierce Ink Press will be mounting an Indiegogo campaign to raise the funds for a print run of the limited edition hardcovers of The Night Has Teeth, by author Kat Kruger.

The novel, is an action-packed urban fantasy set in Paris. Seventeen-year-old Connor Lewis finds himself in the middle of a werewolf war, where he himself is set to play a major role. It is the first book in The Magdeburg Trilogy.

Fierce Ink approached RAWR to design a special, limited edition creature that will be available at the $250 donation level of their crowd-funding campaign. After 3 different prototypes to create the perfect RAWRwolf, I’m so happy with how the final design turned out!

Keep an eye out for another upcoming project with Fierce Ink that I cannot wait to get started on. In the meantime, I’ll post some new pics soon of some of my latest customs I’ve been sewing away on. Busy! Busy!

Happy long weekend!!!
